ShineLEDmt company makes contract microelectronics assembly, according to the drawings and specifications received from the customer.

Our company is constantly improving the technologies and upgrading resources in order to improve product quality.

ShineLEDMT is following generally accepted global norms and restrictions on the European Union (Regula (EU) 2021/821) for the production of microelectronics, as well as Latvian state rules of the work of enterprises.

Company's management is regularly analyzing the capabilities and risks associated with achieving goals in the field of quality.

ShineLEDMT is constantly improving management processes and supports their compliance with the ISO 9001: 2015 international standard.

Environmental management politics

The company's management takes obligations to constantly improve the environmental situation in the area of its influence - in its own territory.

The goals of the management in the field of environmental management:

- organise constant monitoring of Latvian and European legislation in the field of ecology, for a flexible response to its change and timely correction of the company's processes;

- organise environmental control, monitoring and audit of the factors of the environmental risk of the company;

- develop plan to manage the environmental situation in emergency and post-emergency situations, to ensure the willingness to implement these plan.

These goals planned to be achieved by the company's management through the effective application and constant improvement of the environmental management system meeting the requirements of the ISO 14001: 2015 standard.
